Dedicating her talents and many years to the luxury hospitality industry, Jill Mitzev learned that what matters most is hard work, having fun, being creative, and building lasting relationships through incredible service. Her extensive experience creating the perfect retreat destination is now put to use helping people find their ideal home. She applies her passion and expertise to buyers and sellers seeking assistance managing their real estate investments in South Orange County and North San Diego County.
 
As a realtor, Jil truly believes that this is one of the greatest times to be making a real estate investment. She is excited to use her expert sales techniques when marketing sellers’ homes as beautiful destinations, helping buyers find that perfect home retreat and negotiating the right contract to make every transaction a success. Growing up in the Midwest, Jill's goal was to be living in a gorgeous town on the coast, running her own business, raising a family, and enjoying life. Fast-forward a few decades and she is doing just that now a resident of San Clemente for more than 14 years, she is working on that same dream while helping her clients achieve their dreams and goals.
