Doug Echelberger is the definition of a trusted realtor. Doug and his associates handled the sale of our former home and the purchase of our new home with remarkable professionalism, especially considering that most of it was done with my wife and I confined thousands of miles away on the east coast. Doug and his team assisted with, arranged for and even supervised most of the tasks associated with preparing, repairing, showing and eventually selling our home. This is the sixth home that I have purchased and sold in my lifetime. I must say that Doug and his team have far surpassed the level of service I have ever experienced with any of them. His team is a well-oiled machine. Communication from them was excellent!!! They were on top of the entire process. They answered our questions and took the worry out of the sale of our home. On a side note, I interviewed other agents/agent teams. They both commented that when working with a large company such as Doug’s that you will only see him until he gets the listing and then you will only deal with inexperienced agents who will fill in for him. Doug, Tracy and Carissa are the people you want to be with you through either selling or buying a house. Doug was the agent representing the seller of my dream home, and after going to view the house, that was by the way not listed in the market, I instantly told him that I want him to represent me as well. I know what you might be thinking, that this might not have been a smart move…!!! But that is my point, with Doug the case was exactly the opposite.
