The stunning Casa Romantica Cultural Center and Gardens celebrates the culture and history of California. Carl Lindbloom, the founder of the San Clemente Ole Hanson, built the center in 1927. This gorgeous house with seven bathrooms and bedrooms offers a trip through time for visitors.

The property is surrounded by five acres of gardens featuring paths, shrubs, and other endemic plant species. Casa Romantica is listed on the National Registry of Historic Places and has become a great place to learn about and enjoy the culture of California.

Surfing Heritage and Culture Center

Along with popular clothing and lifestyle brands such as Calvin Klein, Under Armor, and Sunglasses Hut, the Outlets at San Clemente offers courtesies and amenities like free access to the internet, indoor parking, a VIP club, wheelchair rentals, and more.

San Clemente Surf School

Knowing that surfing is one of the most popular things to do in San Clemente, the San Clemente Surf School is a boon for those who would like to learn the sport.

Professional instructors run the school, conducting 10 to 15 sessions of land instruction where students learn about ocean awareness, surf etiquette, and wave judgment. When they know how to balance and paddle on the board, students can then practice the moves and precautions they learned.

All of the instructors are experienced surfers and are fully trained in CPR and other lifesaving techniques. Surfboard and wetsuit rentals also come with the cost of lessons.
